I'd say that there is some exercise of magic that will burn fat by exact around the belly area, which currently is frustrating you. But the crux of the matter is that there is no way to naturally remove the fat from an isolated area of the body. The good news though with a little effort is not all that difficult to make some simple changes that will begin to burn fat from your body, including the belly.


What to do before.


First thing to do is delete the real food "junk" from your way of eating. The easiest way to spot junk in the store is to high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oil in your food ingredient. If it is there, not eating. And, if the power through the window (with a drive through) then it is probably spam too, so you want to keep that to an absolute minimum.


Focus most of your foods around fruits, vegetables and lean proteins.


Then, move


Add a few full body activity to your daily routine. This can be as simple as taking a walk, swim or exercise program. The important thing is to find something that will get you moving you like and that you can be consistent over time.
